Pasture Summit was established in 2017 by a group of progressive and committed farm business owners and dairy sector experts from across New Zealand and Ireland.
In November 2018, Pasture Summit conferences were held in both the North Island (Hamilton) and South Island (Ashburton).
The objective was to bring together a positive and vibrant community of farmers, to secure a profitable future, for this and the next generation of dairy farmers and our dairy stakeholders.

Pasture Summit also held two field days in Spring 2019, kindly hosted by farmers who spoke at our November 2018 conference (Pete Morgan and Greg Roadley).
Our North Island field day at Morlands Farm on 19 September 2019 and our South Island field day at Roadley Farms on 2 October 2019 were both a great success. Thanks to our host farmers, our generous sponsors, our facilitators from DairyNZ and a big thanks to everyone who attended.
